Exam Centre - External Proctoring
The Durham Exam Centre offers professional proctoring services for individuals, external colleges, universities, institutions, and professional testing. To schedule an exam, please contact the Trent University, Durham Exam Centre at least 10 business days before the exam/test date. For paper-based exams from other post-secondary institutions, bookings should be made 20 days in advance to allow for preparation and courier delivery.
External exam invigilation is subject to space availability.

Individual Rates
The rates listed below are applicable to individual exam writers who require in-person invigilation. Support is available for students requiring accommodated exams. Please note that virtual proctoring services are not available.
Standard Testing Fees
| Proctor Fee | $25 per hour (Min. 3 hours) plus HST |
| Booking fee | $30 plus HST |
| Rescheduling fee | $25 plus HST |
| Cancellations | Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. |
| Payment options | Credit Card, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit. Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. A link to the payment portal will be included in the booking invoice sent to you by email. |
| Exam Return | Pre-paid courier envelopes must be supplied by the test writer or the institution for the return of exams. Scan and email returns to the institution or instructor are included. |
Group Rates
The Durham Exam Centre offers testing services for post-secondary institutions, corporations, and professional testing, and can accommodate groups. For more information, please contact the Durham Exam Centre.
